well today was pretty fun. i woke up and went to athens with jarrod, matt, and andy. i got sublime's old album for cheap and built to spill's latest. it's alright, i think i need to listen to both of them when i'm paying more attention to the music. speaking of good music, everyone should check out this band: American Minor because they rock.
so i came home, and jarrod tried to teach me how to update the site i'm now working on with him. it's called shark ethics if you care. i don't think many of the pages are up yet, but sign the guestbook anyway and tell me how much you love me.
i went to work and in 3 hours, 2 really cuz i had to drive to the marietta store to borrow stuff, i managed to get in a fight with shasta. i was pissed cuz she never makes this girl renee do anything cuz she's her friend so when i was told to take a delivery i asked her if she had a bag. she said no, "oh right, you never have a bag" shasta asked if i was being a dick "aren't i always being a dick?" keep it up and i'll take your hours away from you "oh yeah, cuz these three hour shifts are great" i left before i could get my pay docked or something. i swear, she treats me like i'm expendable. if i quit, there would only be like 5, maybe 6 drivers while bobby's still there. and i'm sorry, but cory doesn't work enough to count as full time and i've worked there longer than most of them.
so i got off early and went and picked up katie. i promised her i'd only play one game of frisbee, but man, if i only knew what kind of game it would turn out to be! 2 hours long, the game ended 18-16. it was crazy. i scored 5 points, which almost tied my all-time record of 6, but this game was a far second when it came to best game ever. allyson mcferren showed up midway through the game, hot as ever, and i must have been feeling cocky, as i had just pulled a full-court pole out of nowhere and i asked her if she'd like to hang out some before she goes back to school. she reminded me that we never did eat that chinese we said we were going to. rock
katie and i came back here where i burned some cds for her and she drew on me and attempted to draw some battle angel alita stuff. i think it was good katie, no matter what you say. we watched the last two Eva episodes and tried to watch my other animes on tape, but my vcr is fucked up like whoa. so i turned on the digital cable and found the shining just starting. well we got a good ways through it and i started nodding off. i looked down, the kitten was asleep, and katie was out. so i leaned back and drifted off. i woke up an hour or so later, and on the tv was some kid getting kicked in the face by a horse. WELL, this will bewilder even the best of us. so i poked katie and we went to her house. have fun at the beach fuzzy mctarderson.
