ah, what a good weekend. what a good week in general. although i don't think i ever slept in as much as i would have liked. oh well, there's always math class to catch up on my sleep.
i hate the computers here at school, they're so paranoid about people messing with god knows what that they've disabled the right click function of the mouse and you're not allowed to play net games. what do they expect us to use these things for, productive school-type things? fuckat!
so i went to see the anniversary saturday night. that was a lot of fun, i tell ya, cuz i do love me some adrianne verhoeven *swoon* i was floored by how good they were live, i didn't expect the harmony on the album to translate onto the stage, but it did and how! they really liked the crowd, but i think they were getting hurried onstage by the staff, cuz they kept looking pissed before every song. dashboard put on a better show than i expected him/them to, but i could hardly hear his vocals over all the little mtv groupie bitches singing. so midway through the show i left to go buy stuff. i talked to mandy and katie, and we hugged, and things are ok now between us once again. i hope it lasts this time.
so last night amie, joe, and i rode around with their bag of happy celebrating jesus day in the best way possible. the mountaineer was tough cuz i had to interact with people that i'll have to interact with sober now. like i'm pretty sure i talked to mikey iafrate about ISOH but i don't remember. i do remember looking around at that crowd and seeing me and my friends in a few years. yeah, i'm getting used to this city, which sucks cuz i want to live elsewhere, but i don't want to leave a place and a group of people i've grown kinda fond of in the past few months. oh well, only time will tell if the Burg will suck me in with my laziness or if i can overcome it's pull.
